It’s a bit of a wild month when a bacon and cheese omelette with a side of lettuce feels like the peak of decadence, but nevertheless here we are. How many eggs? Who knows. What cheese? I assume basic cheddar? Either way, freakin’ delicious. I’d been looking forward to it for days.

Given this week people in the US have been panic buying/hoarding eggs , it felt like a stark contrast. The huge hike in price aside, who are these people? Why do they need so many eggs? How are they going to store these eggs, given they’re an item that has a short shelf-life? Don’t eggs in the US need to be refrigerated? I have many questions.
